What is your jewellery made of?
It depends on the piece. Our Comfy Hoops are solid 925 sterling silver (in silver, or with 18k gold plating). Our gold pieces — including cuffs, studs and chains — are 18k gold-plated stainless steel. Both are hypoallergenic, anti-tarnish and waterproof. The exact material is listed on every product page.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. We chose 925 sterling silver and surgical-grade stainless steel because both are hypoallergenic and gentle on reactive skin. If earrings have been turning your ears red, it's usually the cheap metal — not your ears.
Can I wear it in the shower or while swimming?
Yes. Everything is waterproof and sweat-resistant for everyday wear. To keep the shine longest, avoid spraying perfume directly on your jewellery and store it dry.
Will it tarnish or fade?
No. Every piece has an anti-tarnish finish made to hold its colour with normal daily wear.

Are Comfy Hoops safe for a new or healing piercing?
Yes — that's exactly what they're made for. They're backing-free and poke-free, so there's no sharp post or screw-back digging into a tender piercing. The smooth 925 sterling silver is hypoallergenic and safe to sleep in while your piercing settles.
Why are they called "Comfy"?
Because you forget you're wearing them. No pokey backs, no pinching, lightweight enough for all-day and overnight wear.
Cuffs (no piercing needed)
Do I need a piercing to wear a cuff?
No piercing, no pain. An ear cuff gently wraps around the outer edge of your ear (your cartilage) and stays put on its own — so you get the stacked-ear look even with no piercings at all.
Do cuffs come as a pair?
Each cuff is sold as a single piece, not a pair. Many customers buy 2–3 to stack along one ear for a fuller look.

How long will delivery take?
We dispatch within 24–48 hours, and orders arrive in 3–6 business days. Need it sooner? Message us and we'll help with express delivery.
What is Partial COD and how does it work?
Partial COD lets you pay a small advance of ₹99 now and the rest in cash when your order arrives. The small advance simply confirms your order is genuine so we can ship it faster — the balance is paid at your door.

Exchanges are available only for a manufacturing defect or damage in transit. We don't offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or style preferences — we put great care into showing you exactly how each piece looks in real life, through detailed photos and videos, so you can buy with confidence. If your piece arrives faulty or damaged, message us at 8106129522 or DM @miraebymehran within [2 days] of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right.
